We urgently need volunteers for the upcoming 13th Annual Pierce County Bike Swap! This is your chance to engage with the cycling community and make a significant impact at our booth.
We Need Volunteers:
Are you able to lend a hand? Please respond to this email with your available times, or if you have any questions. Here are the shifts where we need support:
- Set-up: 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Booth Manning:
- 10-11 a.m.
- 11 a.m. - Noon
- Noon - 1 p.m.
- 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.
- Take Down: 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Event Details:
- When: Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Where: Tacoma Community College, Lot A (new location)
- Booth Location: Booth #4, between Downtown on the Go and RideTogether Pierce, next to the big city bus.
The Bike Swap is not just a chance to buy and sell bikes and parts—it's a gathering of friends old and new, and a fun day filled with all things cycling. Whether you’re there to swap gear or share your love of biking, your involvement is crucial.
