Rollers Demo a Big Hit... by Richard Patrick Estelle Gray of R+E Cycles came to the April TWBC monthly meeting and demon- strated rollers as a means to enhance a cyclist’s fitness program. With Estelle came Sally Edwards, the author of many heart- rate monitor books. Estelle brought some demo rollers from her bike shop and she and Sally assisted some brave TWBC mem- bers on “how to ride on rollers in less than five minutes”. I was suprised to see such a large number of members who brought their bikes and shoes to take a spin with Estelle. A good time was had
