TACOMA WHEELMEN'S CLUB May 1991 Newsletter. MAY CLUB MEETING: MOUNTAIN BIKES IN NEPAL ELECTION NOMINATIONS Our May TWC Club meeting is an event in Nepal, and a political opportunity. Longtime Club members, Nels and Winnie Bjarke, will take us on a mountain bike trip in Nepal. Nels and Winnie have traveled extensively on their bicycles throughout the United States and abroad. Did they make it to the top of Mt. Everest on their mountain bicycles? Did they find a bargain at the gift shop? Were they chased out of the country? Do not frustrate yourself by failing to find answers to these ultimate questions. Our May meeting also offers the political opportunity of a lifetime to Club members.
