2025 Tour de Pierce Ride Report

The 2025 Tour de Pierce was a relaxed and scenic celebration of community cycling, even if the turnout was a bit smaller this year. Riders gathered once again at Fat Zach’s Pizza in Puyallup, which continues to be a fan-favorite starting point—and, of course, the perfect spot to wrap up with a well-earned slice. 🍕

Thanks to the behind-the-scenes work by Harry Simmons and Bob Myrick, the course was well-marked and easy to follow. From neighborhood streets to open trails, riders experienced a variety of South Sound scenery under ideal riding weather.

From 8 to 81 — A Ride for All Ages

This year’s riders ranged from 8 years old to 81 years old, proving once again that the Tour de Pierce is truly a ride for everyone. We hope to see even more young riders out next year—bring the family, bring your friends, and let’s keep building the next generation of cyclists.

Community, Connections, and $200 Worth of Pizza

Post-ride, participants gathered back at Fat Zach’s for pizza and conversation. The club covered the cost of about $200 worth of pizza, fueling some well-earned social time. It’s these moments—sharing stories and slices—that remind us why we ride together.
